3. Performance-Based Pricing

- •No payment is due for leads that do not convert to signed cases

4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property
CaseBoost retains ownership of all proprietary systems, processes, and intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use our services during the engagement period.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, marketing strategies, and proprietary systems.
7. Performance Guarantees
While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Legal marketing results depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- •All outstanding fees become due
- •Access to proprietary systems is revoked
- •Confidentiality obligations continue
- •Transition assistance may be provided
9. Limitation of Liability
CaseBoost's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Compliance and Ethics
All marketing activities comply with:

- •Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines
- •Data protection regulations
- •Professional conduct rules
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary. These terms are governed by English law.
